This once was a great company, unfortunately change of leadership and an influx of old fired Mulesoft Managers is running the company into a not nice place to work!

Boomi is the best at onboarding staff and setting people up for success. There is misalignment between OTE and reality for year 1. Great company but needs to work on its incentive structure.
