Lots of teething problems. At some point will be a good place to work but needs a lot of work. Siloed unaligned upper management and a compensation structure that benefits 1% of the company, all of which sell to existing customers.

If you like salesforce, the even higher pressure at Boomi will be perfect for you. One quarter to perform or get pip'ed. Culture is turn dial to salesforce and crank it further. Proven performers who have hit quota on pips. Sales people at 100% have to forcecast or else a pip.
