If you like salesforce, the even higher pressure at Boomi will be perfect for you. One quarter to perform or get pip'ed. Culture is turn dial to salesforce and crank it further. Proven performers who have hit quota on pips. Sales people at 100% have to forcecast or else a pip. Stricter compliance on metholodgies even on small deals, less then 10k, you must know who the 3rd daughter of the Director of Procurement is in the procurement chain or else, you guessed it. Informal pip. If you want a short tenure job and have to explain it for you career this is a place for you.

Boomi has all the right tools to thrive as a sales representative (product, marketing, sales leadership). Unfortunately, upper level management took organizational risks that made it impossible to succeed as an individual and hit quota
