Lots of teething problems. At some point will be a good place to work but needs a lot of work. Siloed unaligned upper management and a compensation structure that benefits 1% of the company, all of which sell to existing customers.

Being bought into private equity and failing with the first CEO post-purchase wasted 12 months of valuable planning. Big focus on "bring money in now, forget the strategy". Roadmap has improved a lot but delivering on it still has to happen. Renumeration is great and spiffs are flying to motivate money in sooner. Existing accounts are key to hitting target.

Boomi used to be great, both as a product and company. As a product they haven’t kept up, and lost their appeal compared to MuleSoft, Workato and Microsoft. It's really hard to explain how unstable things are at Boomi. Unless you are ok with weekly shakeups and change without the ability to just do your job then this place isn't for you. The culture has been totally destroyed.
