Former Employee3.7Jun 21, 2024My experience was marked with success each year due to an incredible group of leaders, sales talent and product fit. After private equity began making leadership changes at the top, the company has diluted it's talent immensely which has caused a drop off in ability to execute and decreased morale.

Former Employee1.4Aug 10, 2023Very disorganized organization where I felt I didn't learn much during the training phase. Focused too much on areas that weren't practical, hence leaving AEs to learn on their own while keeping up with KPIs. Market fit is decent. However, it heavily relies on your territory/state.

Current Employee3.6Sep 19, 2023Being bought into private equity and failing with the first CEO post-purchase wasted 12 months of valuable planning. Big focus on "bring money in now, forget the strategy". Roadmap has improved a lot but delivering on it still has to happen. Renumeration is great and spiffs are flying to motivate money in sooner. Existing accounts are key to hitting target.
