This was a great company when I joined but the leadership is so disconnected from the field they have no clue. They hired the people who were let go from our competition who don’t know how to sell. The ceo is all about self promotion and the COO put the worst sales plan in place in my 20 years of selling. Do not consider Boomi until there is a new COO and CRO.

Very poor environment. Egotistical and narcissism are rife. Passive aggressive leaderships who can only point to themselves. No collaboration, other departments blamed for lack of sales accountability, no sales strategy from leadership. No account planning. Seems to be a travel show by the ELT who deliver no vision no direction. Definite nose dive since leaving Dell.
