It's really hard to explain how unstable things are at Boomi. Unless you are ok with weekly shakeups and change without the ability to just do your job then this place isn't for you. The culture has been totally destroyed.

Boomi is an absolute dumpster fire. Sales is a clown show, but run by clowns in training . . . These dudes are all ex-Mulesoft mouthbreathers who couldn't sell there way out of a box. My experience was marked with success each year due to an incredible group of leaders, sales talent and product fit. After private equity began making leadership changes at the top, the company has diluted it's talent immensely which has caused a drop off in ability to execute and decreased morale.
