Expectations are extremely high upon starting with minimal resources for pipe growth outside of you and your BDR. Leadership is very misaligned since being acquired by a PE and is greatly out of touch with the market space they best fit and the needs of the customer. Everything is a revenue play which ultimately began to heavily impact the ability for reps to succeed and for customers to want to grow within the solution.

The company is going through significant amounts of change and maturing as an organization. So, there are stressful moments due to the impacts from leadership and restructuring changes. Overall my experience has not been terrible, but it also has not been exceptional.

Commission plan is great for the very small percentage of reps actually hitting quota - unfortunately, the technology struggles, implementation costs are absurb compared to value of the solution, and the top reps get to cherry pick accounts which makes it very very difficult for newer sellers to find success.
