The company is going through significant amounts of change and maturing as an organization. So, there are stressful moments due to the impacts from leadership and restructuring changes. Overall my experience has not been terrible, but it also has not been exceptional.

Billtrust at onetime was a great company trending in a positive direction with a meaningful vision. After a failed attempt at going public, culture became more cog in the wheel and direction of product became less competitive in the space. Commission plan is great for the very small percentage of reps actually hitting quota - unfortunately, the technology struggles, implementation costs are absurb compared to value of the solution, and the top reps get to cherry pick accounts which makes it very very difficult for newer sellers to find success.
