Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Commission plan is great for the very small percentage of reps actually hitting quota - unfortunately, the technology struggles, implementation costs are absurb compared to value of the solution, and the top reps get to cherry pick accounts which makes it very very difficult for newer sellers to find success. Coaching is non-existant and management doesn't seem to care about much outside of activity metrics. Browse Other Reviews
