Horrible organization. Would not recommend being in sales here if you’re thinking about it. Most reps have been laid since December of 2023.

Was at this organization for 2 years and unfortunately it has gone down hill like a ton of bricks. You will meet great people but leadership is the worst I've come across. The are eliminating segments / employees left and right due to the companies tanking performance.

Terrible experience with a company that is slowly tanking. Since PE acquisition Kantata has not been able to find its way. Commercial sales are limping along. Solid leadership, great product, no inbound opportunity. Product is designed for the professional services industry only which is a positive thing in terms of focus. But this is also a major limitation as a seller.

PE backed company now. Leadership is struggling and when new ideas or changes fail, they don’t blame leadership they just lay people off. Many of the leaders who were brought in post PE acquisition are great at sounding good and selling their value but don’t actually bring any value. Too many layoffs within the last 2 years. No training or advanced. Not a stable place to grow when you could wake up one day and be unemployed. They aren’t really doing well
