Culture has drastically deteriorated. Most are miserable. Leadership is entirely apathetic. Recommendation to anyone considering leaving there current employer: Don’t. The base salary may seem good, but, very few make any commissions.

Billtrust was great until it wasn’t. I would’ve recommended it to everyone at first but now I will recommend it to no one. Do not work here. The amount of people who have congratulated me for getting out is a laughable amount.

Billtrust at onetime was a great company trending in a positive direction with a meaningful vision. After a failed attempt at going public, culture became more cog in the wheel and direction of product became less competitive in the space.
