I've worked at a lot of companies that say they want to grow and adapt to the changing market. Trintech actually does change for the better. I have been able to promote best practices, beat my targets and bring value to both clients and coworkers. I am extremely satisfied with my role and the growth trajectory of Trintech.

Weak senior management team and a culture of cronyism has hobbled Trintech for past 8 years. Positive changes are happening there, but they have some challenges that might not be possible to overcome.
