Product isn't too bad, integrity and decisions by c level and VP emea are pretty self centered.

My overall experience was not ideal for breaking into the Tech sales org. Qualifications for compensation were based on converted opportunities, which never happened due to poor sales strategy. There is no career growth and the culture/leadership didn't have a handle on anything.
