Former Employee2.7Oct 14, 2023The Divvy team was great. The bill.com team was interested in who was doing well but not really interested in the divvy process. The idea and goal was to become one and that was really exciting. Part of the divvy flair was the uniqueness and desire to learn and grow. Bill.com was more about consistency and repeatability. Divvy won every month in some cool ways.

Current Employee3.0Aug 30, 2023I’ll be leaving Divvy because the culture changed too much after the acquisition with BILL. Loren was hired and he comes off as arrogant and he messed with all the sales como plans. The way our metrics are measured don’t align with our product anymore. I don’t recommend working here. The pay is low.
