I like working for Bill, and think it's a great product. I don't necessarily trust our leaders' vision for the company or sales org, but new leaders coming in seem to be better. I do think communication needs to be greatly improved in leadership across the sales organization, some leaders are good and some struggle to give clear and consistent direction to the company as a whole which has led to a lack of trust I think between leaders and their teams. Trying to get a promotion has been insanely difficult and much slower than they told me going in. But I overall I like my job and my coworkers, and think if we can get better direction and leadership, things will improve here even more!

Leadership is not a cohesive team and they aren’t good at leading. They tend to micromanage and be condescending. You are a body filling a role and they will fire you and replace your quicker than you can blink. Work environment is not positive and leaders and reps lack accountability.

It was great until Loren took over. He can from Podium where he is responsible for cutting their evaluation by half. Doing the same play at Bill. He fires anyone who challenges him on anything and surrounds himself with yes men. Worst leader I have ever seen.
