Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I like working for Bill, and think it's a great product. I don't necessarily trust our leaders' vision for the company or sales org, but new leaders coming in seem to be better. I do think communication needs to be greatly improved in leadership across the sales organization, some leaders are good and some struggle to give clear and consistent direction to the company as a whole which has led to a lack of trust I think between leaders and their teams. Trying to get a promotion has been insanely difficult and much slower than they told me going in. But I overall I like my job and my coworkers, and think if we can get better direction and leadership, things will improve here even more!
