It was great until Loren took over. He can from Podium where he is responsible for cutting their evaluation by half. Doing the same play at Bill. He fires anyone who challenges him on anything and surrounds himself with yes men. Worst leader I have ever seen. He got rid of presidents club and replaced it with dinner with him for the top performer. Most narcissistic leader I have ever seen. Don’t work there as long as he is there.

Company doesn't take care of their employees. The pay is mediocre compared to other companies. With cost of living increasing, there should be an increase in pay. Our AE's are barely making 100k a year.
