Bill offers a great product in a growing technology space. Top performers used to earn very well, however incentive plans have changed with new leadership and it has taken a toll on culture and compensation. A solid company to work for, however they are experiencing tremendous growing pains. Many amazing leaders are still calling Bill home. Expect changes, delayed quotas, and shrinking support teams.

I’ll be leaving Divvy because the culture changed too much after the acquisition with BILL. Loren was hired and he comes off as arrogant and he messed with all the sales como plans. The way our metrics are measured don’t align with our product anymore. I don’t recommend working here. The pay is low.
