I have really enjoyed working here, the compensation is fair, quota is attainable and they care about your career development a lot. This has by far been the best place I've worked, the culture is great and the people here care about you!

Leadership is not a cohesive team and they aren’t good at leading. They tend to micromanage and be condescending. You are a body filling a role and they will fire you and replace your quicker than you can blink. Work environment is not positive and leaders and reps lack accountability.

I’ll be leaving Divvy because the culture changed too much after the acquisition with BILL. Loren was hired and he comes off as arrogant and he messed with all the sales como plans. The way our metrics are measured don’t align with our product anymore. I don’t recommend working here. The pay is low.
