My overall experience wasn’t terrible. I learned a lot from co workers and it started my path in sales. The pay is awful however for the amount of bs you need to deal with regarding the public.

Normal sales role with usual challenges. Old systems and processes that can be annoying sometimes. Not much support internally. Lack Of collaboration between departments.

Great place to end your career...not a great place to start your career. If you are under 40, go work for a Vendor directly, learn how to sell, make money, and then come to Bell to retire. Rating specific to Bell Media Advertising Sales. Compensation plan drastically changed within the last 2 years. Now teams are barely scratching the surface on our bonus. This is due to significant target increases which now includes other departments completely out of our control. Base salary no longer competitive in the market.
