Normal sales role with usual challenges. Old systems and processes that can be annoying sometimes. Not much support internally. Lack Of collaboration between departments.

Rating specific to Bell Media Advertising Sales. Compensation plan drastically changed within the last 2 years. Now teams are barely scratching the surface on our bonus. This is due to significant target increases which now includes other departments completely out of our control. Base salary no longer competitive in the market.
