Former Employee2.1Feb 8, 2024Rating specific to Bell Media Advertising Sales. Compensation plan drastically changed within the last 2 years. Now teams are barely scratching the surface on our bonus. This is due to significant target increases which now includes other departments completely out of our control. Base salary no longer competitive in the market.
