Great place to end your career...not a great place to start your career. If you are under 40, go work for a Vendor directly, learn how to sell, make money, and then come to Bell to retire. You will NOT learn new skills, or learn how to be an "over achieving sales quote killer" by working at Bell. You learn those skills outside of Bell, and then you come to Bell when its time to slow down in life.

Rating specific to Bell Media Advertising Sales. Compensation plan drastically changed within the last 2 years. Now teams are barely scratching the surface on our bonus. This is due to significant target increases which now includes other departments completely out of our control. Base salary no longer competitive in the market.
