My overall experience has been good. The biggest downfall currently is their CRM information could be changed by anyone, this caused many duplicate accounts and peers stealing deals from each other, this was changed recently and they have started only allowing managers to change CRM details. The teams have to have email sequences approved by legal which takes A LONG time, forcing you to manually write sequences. They raise and lower quota each month depending on territory assignment and previous years numbers, this can both help and hurt but mostly helps. Biggest pros are they understand why quota is missed sometimes and as long as you are working hard (making dials and emails) then they work with you to help you get better and they allow you the freedom to work your accounts as you please, being a hard worker will get you good money here. Overall this is a good company to work for and once they clean up the CRM it could be much better.
