Product is pretty good. Leadership and culture are abysmal. Leaders do not value sales professionals at all. They think the product sells itself when in reality it’s a dog fight in every campaign, and Automation Anywhere is at best in 2nd place and likely 3rd. Unfortunate because the product itself and the RPA space is a solid space.

Great so far albeit the company is changing direction all the time which makes it hard to stay focused. On the other hand, it never gets boring and every employee has an opportunity to shine.
