There have been changes implemented with our comp plans. Accelerators have been introduced but they've been difficult to hit. Overall - great place to work, especially given tech consolidation motion most enterprises are going through. Atlassian is one of those platforms that enterprises can truly consolidate too. We also are spearheading AI across our products. Tech consolidation + AI are top of mind for vast majority of executives I speak to across my customer accounts.

Overall, fun company to work at with great teammates and leadership. There's lots of sales opportunities so you can qualify hard and there's a chance to have £1m+ years when getting into accelerators.
