Overall, fun company to work at with great teammates and leadership. There's lots of sales opportunities so you can qualify hard and there's a chance to have £1m+ years when getting into accelerators.

Overall a good place to work but becoming tougher to hit target and incentive structures feel lower than the market

Team culture is great, the best I've worked in, except for executive leadership who recently pushed changes like company-wide salary cuts and mass demotions while gaslighting employees about this being a good thing. They currently also seem to prefer to hire from external big vendors rather than promote internally, I hope this changes.

Experience has been good, but recent changes lowered base salary, but gave new possibilities in earning more than before with higher commission rate and kicker.
