Asking enterprise reps to source and close and then manage smb to mid-market sized deals (team by team) in hopes of getting to a larger revenue event down the road. This model has led to very few reps making their number and a lot of busy work supporting small revenue customers. This is enterprise at Asana and it's almost impossible to hit your OTE.
