Asana is struggling with GTM. Asking enterprise reps to source and close and then manage smb to mid-market sized deals (team by team) in hopes of getting to a larger revenue event down the road. This model has led to very few reps making their number and a lot of busy work supporting small revenue customers. This is enterprise at Asana and it's almost impossible to hit your OTE.

Asana pays well, if you hit quota. Which has been a struggle the last couple years. They have incredibly high quotas with decreasing ACV. ENT expansion ACV = $20k & ENT new biz ACV = $8k. Highly political, clique driven management from an "old guard" constantly interfered with the company's sales strategy. Managers routinely had their authority usurped by people higher up in the company. Expectations are nonsensical and often contradictory. This created a revolving door on the team where several people were hired then PIPed out of the same position.
