Asana pays well, if you hit quota. Which has been a struggle the last couple years. They have incredibly high quotas with decreasing ACV. ENT expansion ACV = $20k & ENT new biz ACV = $8k. It takes the same amount of effort to complete a deal cycle for $10k opps vs $100k+ opps. We have been trying to be an Enterprise company for years now but this is, clearly, not Enterprise sales. Salesforce leadership started to takeover and we’re noticing Asana going downhill fast. They are out with the old: people, strategy and culture. Asana used to be a great place to work but the swift change in culture and management invited toxicity and low morale across most teams and employees. I used to recommend Asana as a great place to work and now I would never recommend it to anyone. Our Sales org is miserable.
