AppFolio has the best culture of any company I have ever worked for. Yes, there are issues and areas of improvement. But, it is a true family and you will learn A LOT. AppFolio is also an extremely great fit for our customers and we are continually making improvements that allow us to be number 1 for our niche on G2.

Prior to all of the leadership changes, AppFolio was a great place to gather experience being an SE. The culture and benefits were great too. However it’s not an ideal place to spend as an SE long term since the compensation for the position is so low. The amount of revenue and workload assigned to an SE is a complete joke.
