It’s a great company to work for. Layoffs are rare (I haven’t seen any in 3 years) and employees usually get a chance to take a new role. There are a lot of people that leave and come back. Great opportunity to make a significant income, if you're willing to go through the political hoops and irrational pressure from leadership. Product fit is great, but not realistic or upfront on the roadmap.
