My experience here varied so much depending on who my manager was ranging from harassment to some really life changing leadership. Overall, it’s a good old boys’ club with unattainable quotas and tech that innovates at a snails pace and take millions to implement. Decent place if you dont mind only hitting quota every few years (by design) and being re-orged every Q4.

Overall, I had great training and support from the managers and those I worked with. For the Bay Area, the starting salary is hard to live on.
