Adobe is a great company with strong culture but it has some issues on the individual contributor side. Your success is completely dependent on where you sit in the Org. and what your territory looks like. Certain products thrive, others don't. This all adds up to expected compensation that is all over the place. Change is constant so be agile.

I lost faith in leadership very early on in my time at Adobe. I've been fortunate to have outstanding leaders for the bulk of my career, so I was taken aback by my org's leadership at Adobe. They were willing to point the finger at the reps, not willing to call out the macro problems across the org, or take any real initiative (from what I could tell) to solve...Read More
