Great place to add on your resume but it does feel like there is a misalignment between marketing and leadership.

My experience has been up and down. One thing constant with Adobe is change, my account book has changed every year which makes it hard to build strong customer relationships. Adobe is very middle management heavy and often times Director and VP level management are very disconnected from the actual job itself.

Good experience with the team, supporting leaders and reporting managers. No micro-management. FTC to FTE conversion and facilities are not rock solid
