good pay but martech isn't the best fit in the market these days. culture is very complacent, long tenured Adobians are happy with broken systems/processes and don't want to change for the better

Adobe has no concept of what a sales excellence looks or feels like. The tech stack is chaotic at best, no steady lead generation, and leadership is greedy and opportunistic - success is purely luck based year to year.

I have had a great expierence working with Adobe. Great company with awesome people and good leadership. Adobe is definitely well under-market for compensation which can result in turnover.
