Toxic leadership but typically they had good base salaries. They wouldn't let you do much cold prospecting outside of a super cold and horribly unqualified leads list. Any attempt to be smarter about your targeting and prospecting got you in trouble.

AT&T is a sinking ship. Horrible and EXTREMELY TOXIC sales culture. Leadership genuinely doesn't care about you. They are looking for ways to fire people vs. doing layoffs and providing a severance.
