Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The In-Home-Expert channel is a good channel to be a part of in regards to some levels of flexibility. You are a Salary + Commission employee, receive a company phone and car and you visit technician appointments and sell cellular services to consumers. There are no warm leads, just pure surprise. This is not D2D either, D2D is actually restricted from the roll. Your manager may ask you to prospect outside of your dispatch, however, if caught you can be terminated. Company documented quota for roll is 24 activations, managers will tell you 25 is market minimum but you should be trending 30 monthly. PTO has quota relief if you take it at about 1.2 activations per 8 hours taken. It's a good role if you don't have a family as you are selling to consumers. Most appointments to close deals will likely fall into times where the customer and their families are finally home after their long days between 5pm to 8pm. After a day of dispatching and hunting, you hit your appointment that you generated and are looking to close, then you go home once done.
