Current Employee3.0Jun 20, 2023Overall I would rate the sales executive role at AT&T as a decent opportunity. Selling mobility is a challenge in an over saturated market. There’s no such thing as new growth in this role. You’re simply taking customers from competitors. The current leadership sends mixed signals as far as targeted verticals and goals don’t really align with compensation.

Former Employee3.9Oct 8, 2024My overall experience was great in terms of compensation. Sales is stressful and the dynamic of the organization was changing at my time of departure.
