Overall experience was that AT&T pays very well if you can adapt. However, leadership is extremely disconnected with what’s up on the ground level. New products that don’t work, commission structures changing, and customers receiving improper billing all stand in the way of success for most.

AT&T is a sinking ship. Horrible and EXTREMELY TOXIC sales culture. Leadership genuinely doesn't care about you. They are looking for ways to fire people vs. doing layoffs and providing a severance.
