My overall experience was ok, however, management does not have the proper direction or the experience capitalize Mid market opportunities and they focus mostly on immediate rewards with deals that do not achieve long-term goals. Most of the management comes from retail and do not understand the process of outside sales. As an individual contributor, there is no tech stack that facilitate prospecting. This was the main reason I left the company.

AT&T is one of those companies people stay at for long periods of time. It's easy to just float along, of course, unless you get laid off which they due every year. Overall, if you can stay it's a pretty good company with typical telecom comp structures.
