The company is what you would expect, very rigid in all aspects of work. If you can be a cog, it is a great place, but if that idea rubs you the wrong way, please do not apply or accept a position.

overall so so experience.. Poor leadership, too frequent directional and org changes. Culture fostered hiding and underachievement. Nepotism ran rampant.

My overall experience has been that AT&T has been a good company to work for while gaining my education but not much opportunity to grow from the retail store. Management changes often and I have noticed how they pick and choose who gets promoted regardless of churn and their selling ability.
