The product is good but not as superior to the competition as leadership thinks. Quota is unobtainable, unless you have a top territory, which only a few reps do.

Excellent training and development. 80% outbound and 20% inbound model. Mid-Market sales reps are expected to outbound 3 OPPs/week. If you drop below the average, there are consequences. Product is phenomenal and far better than competitors. Makes it fairly easy to beat competitors for competent reps.

Great company dealing with the overall macroeconomic environment that is impacting all of tech. They hire great people, they will lose a lot of great people due to the economy. Product is clearly the leader.
