Culture like hell, micromanagement as it best, bcc of all outgoing emails to ceo, coo, sales director and sales ops. management by fear and 80h/w base salary is good - but as a trade they expect your life

Culture of fear mongering, fragile egos in leadership, force reps to commit deals that aren't ready then decrease their commission because they missed their commitment. Extreme micromanagement, no real leaders. Other teams (pre-sales, alliances, etc.) get to decide if a sales person is fired or not, but sales has no input on other teams.
