Excellent training and development. 80% outbound and 20% inbound model. Mid-Market sales reps are expected to outbound 3 OPPs/week. If you drop below the average, there are consequences. Product is phenomenal and far better than competitors. Makes it fairly easy to beat competitors for competent reps.

Likes many orgs right now very few people are hitting quota at 6sense. In general the product is strong but it's getting more competitive and the territories are shrinking. Rewarding if you can stick it out and/or are one of the lucky ones.

Huge bias to legacy sellers who have been there since the beginning. New sellers find it hard to fit in with the crowd. The same rules don’t apply. Legacy & tenured reps have different rules to the newer reps.
