Huge bias to legacy sellers who have been there since the beginning. New sellers find it hard to fit in with the crowd. The same rules don’t apply. Legacy & tenured reps have different rules to the newer reps.

I was so excited to join this organization but soon aster I joined, my manager told me he wasn’t sure if our division would succeed! The product is good but not as superior to the competition as leadership thinks. Quota is unobtainable, unless you have a top territory, which only a few reps do.
