Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My first year here was amazing, great market fit, inbound lead flow, and every competitive deal against Mule/Boomi we win. 2nd year was 2023 so as everyone knows the economy is down, no inbound leads were coming in and you could theoretically code everything and eliminate a tool like Workato. They then transitioned everyone to an outbound motion with 0 training and guidance, we also have very similar numbers to our SDRs, so 2-3 hours of my day can be spent prospecting. If you get a job here, they will make you prospect and very very few outbound deals actually close. It truly is a territory, timing, talent type of role where you just need to get lucky in the inbound router to hit your number and the upsell opportunity is VERY limited. We now also have a comp plan where they gate keep 25% of your commission until the person is live, they make you negotiate downgrades/flat renewals for no pay, and our numbers are ridiculous - my theory is only about 25% of the sales team will hit this year. So great product, team, but compensation plan is awful and all remote culture can be difficult. Browse Other Reviews
