Don't be an SDR here. You will get stuck. They will do anything to make promotions as hard as possible. SDR leadership is completely incompetent. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing. All they are are dashboard refreshers and make a billion rules and new policies to make outbound 10x harder. There is no support or professional training whatsoever. There is basically no product training when you first join. All they can say is "Go ask an AE or an SC!" What does Workato pay you for then? They hire very very well.. there are so many talented people here but it breaks my heart that most of us are stuck here being an SDR for 2-3+ years because they refuse to help meaningfully with promotions and reallocating talent to other departments in the org. Not every SDR should be or wants to be an AE. wake up!

Little to No inbound lead flow...it dried up with a big weight put on top of the sales org to make up for the disappearance of inbound demand. Marketing org cut, but sales expected to make up the difference.
