Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The culture over the last 2 years or so has gone down hill. We’ve over corrected from being too loose to too strict with our goals as a company from the Leadership side. Great Reps are being PIPed and walking out for not outbounding as much, with pipeline coverage being a more closely monitored metric over closing sales. With a RIF in February, we’re being asked more and more demanding responsibilities (I.E. being tasked with greater outbounding, running sales cycles, increased knowledge of platform / capabilities, account management, and CSM type duties), it’s been harder and harder to keep positive. Teams feel very siloed were it was once much more collaborative and free flowing synergy.
Not the worst, but has certainly gone down from being one of the best places I’ve worked. Browse Other Reviews
