My experience has overall been a mixed one. Truly not what I was hoping for for a very reputable company. Twilio-Segment is committed to providing reps resources to help you grow. Very supportive in that way. But the amount of work your expected to manage and hit quota is impossible. And it shows by the minimal number of reps that have been hitting quota. Outbound and Inbound SDRs work hard to help build pipelines but end up contributing to 10-15% of your overall sales and pipeline. This is a head hunter job mixed with a closing role mixed with an Account Manager role. You get paid a great base to do it all. But expect to work 50-60 hours per week to truly succeed at the role.
