Terrible leadership is destroying this company. People who have never sold are creating comp plans. I do love the product and my peers, but Segment’s time is over. 5% of reps hit quota and they have introduced a penalty for churned accounts so you’ll be digging yourself out of a hole.

Good people but unfortunately impacted by high level of turnover due to acquisition. Unconvinced on product roadmap.
